Karl Olgeirsson (Kalli for his friends and best paying clients) is a man of many talents. He has been nominated to Griman, the Icelandic Tony-awards, for his works in the theater. He has also worked as music director and a co-host in prime time TV shows. But first and foremost he regards himself a composer. His impressive CV includes works for names like Björk, Sissel Kikjebo, Eivor, Petula Clark, Kate Havnevik, and many of the most successful artists in Iceland. His musical styles range from acoustic left field music through electronic to adult contemporary pop, from jazz to overblown orchestral music. Often all within the same year.
